陳艷攏，女，研究員，博士，入選大連市本地領軍人才。兼任聯合國西北太平洋行動計劃特殊監測和海岸環境影響評價區域活動中心（NOWPAP CEARAC）中國聯絡員，中國石油大學（華東）碩士生導師，《海洋環境科學》《海洋技術》《海洋科學》等期刊審稿專家。

主要從事海洋水色遙感監測技術研究與應用、海洋生態質量監測與評價、海洋垃圾遙感監測與評價、海上溢油及突發事件遙感監測技術研究應用等。主持1項重點研發計劃項目“塑料垃圾海洋泄漏精準監測及阻控清理技術（2024YFC3906500）”，參與其它重點研發計劃、國家自然科學基金、行業公益專項等20余項科研項目，出版專著5部，發表論文30余篇，編寫海洋行業標準1項，獲海洋科學技術特等獎1項。
